Hello And Goodmorning To Everyone,
I Need To Ask A Question, Im Looking To Buy Some CD's (Of Particular Singers Or Compliations With Many Singers) With Songs Of French Singing Artists From The 80's, French Artists That Were Big And Very Sucsessful In France, Belgium Etc With French Or English Pop/ Europop Songs, Can Someone Recomend Me Some Compliations Or CD's By Single Artists??
I Have Already Many CD's Of This Kind For Example I Already Have: Emile Et Images, Elsa Lunghini, Julie Pietri, Stephanie Etc But Im Looking For More Especially Compliations:

Hey Ahron, feeling good? (don't think I'm on your tracks or that as soon as you're here somebody calls me and says, hey, Tryph, there's that english-writing guy again please do something. No it just so happens that I was here just after your new message and here we go)
As a matter of fact, some snobs during the eighties said that nothing happened in France musically speaking yet, hey, how come there are zillions of compilations dedicated to that period?
Then, it depends on what you really want to hear (or presumably remember? I feel a hunch of nostalgia in your request but anyway) Do you want to get French Rock or Pop of French "variétés"?
However you could start with a series of 4 volumes entitled "Ultimate France 80" which I guess you could find easily. You can hear samples of the content on a commercial site which I am not allowed to name, but if you know Frogland you might remember this musical chainstore: It starts with an F, it ends with a C and if you write the two missing letters backwards it spells AN.

Folks… Don't forget there is a fine compilation that I recommend : the Bide & Musique compilation !
Available through the internet (see home page of this site).
Well… It's not exactly a 80's revival but it's worth to get it !

I Want To Thank You'll For Your Recomendations, By The Way TrypholTourneson Ive Bought Many Things In The Shops Name Which You Cant Write The Name Of, You Know 4 Letters, AC In The Middle, Starts With An F Ends With C ;-) They Have Nice Stuff There, And Im Also Going To Check The Bide & Misique Compliation Ofcourse.
